In 2019 when our organization was still Dragon School, before we rebranded, we won a contest to design to facings of a billboard on top of the Square H.Q. in Oakland. We had two different artists from our organization design artwork for the billboard. Our work going up was delayed for various reasons, and we got into 2020 when Covid hit.

Fast forward to June 2021, we finally got our designs installed for all to see. As you go down Broadway in Oakland, CA you can’t miss our vibrant artwork welcoming people. These type of projects serve as great marketing and public relations opportunties which ultimately can help increase of donation funding, community involvement and new partnerships.
